Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR and DFARS regulations.
- Prepare and review high-level RFPs, proposals, and contract modifications for Federal and State clients.
- Coordinate between technical teams, government stakeholders, and administrative staff to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential legal and financial liabilities.
- Monitor budget performance and provide accurate reporting to senior leadership.
- Facilitate communication regarding project changes, status updates, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Current active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal, State, or Local government contracting.
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes, budgeting, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in government IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel required).
