Responsibilities
- Process and review high-volume government applications and paperwork with high accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government records and data.
- Assist the public and internal staff with inquiries regarding government services.
- Operate standard office machinery and update digital databases.
- Ensure all weekend shift operations meet regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handover of duties.
- Perform data entry and generate reports as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
