Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate government records and databases with high attention to detail.
- Assist government officials and the general public with inquiries regarding permits, licenses, and administrative procedures.
- Process and prepare official documents, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Sort, file, and retrieve physical and digital files in an organized and timely manner.
- Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and fax machines efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks with 99% accuracy to support departmental operations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government office, records management, or administrative support role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and security clearance.
