Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume citizen inquiries and provide accurate, professional information regarding federal and state services during weekend operations.
- Process, verify, and maintain confidential government records and documents with strict adherence to compliance standards and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with state, local, and federal agencies to ensure seamless data integration and inter-agency communication.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of weekly reports and statistical data regarding public service utilization and operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced data entry systems to update databases and ensure real-time accuracy of public records.
- Maintain a secure, organized workspace to ensure the safety of sensitive government materials and sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess valid work authorization for Federal/State employment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a government, public administration, or high-volume customer service role is highly desirable.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule as required by agency needs.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government database management systems.
