Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens and stakeholders via phone and in person.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with state regulations.
- Perform data entry and analysis using government databases.
- Collaborate with department heads to support administrative operations.
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
