Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to closure within the government sector.
- Ensure all projects comply with state regulations, security protocols, and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Oversee resource allocation and performance tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the government or public sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder reporting.
