Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of state policies and budgetary impacts.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for legislative committees and agency leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement state-wide initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with state regulations and internal protocols.
- Assist in the optimization of government processes to improve efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a government, public sector, or analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to government ethics standards.
