Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail/packages on assigned urban/residential routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interactions
- Sort and organize mail according to postal regulations
- Operate handheld scanning devices for tracking
- Assist with retail counter services when required
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and weather conditions
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
