Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along a designated route
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail efficiently for daily deliveries
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with residents and businesses
- Report unusual circumstances or delivery issues promptly
- Maintain proper mail security and confidentiality protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at the post office facility
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for weekend/holiday rotations
