Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along assigned routes using postal vehicles or walking
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery sequences and regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interactions
- Safely operate postal vehicles and adhere to traffic laws
- Assist with mail processing and distribution at the facility
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Follow USPS safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- US citizenship or legal permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift mail trays weighing up to 70 lbs
- Availability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk up to 6-8 hours daily
