Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses along assigned routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to USPS regulations
- Sort and organize mail efficiently for timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues
- Safely operate postal equipment and machinery
- Work in various weather conditions while maintaining delivery schedules
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to walk 5-8 hours daily on varied terrain
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for USPS systems
- Reliable transportation to work location
