Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses along designated routes
- Sort and organize mail efficiently according to delivery standards
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic laws
- Collect postage and fees when required for delivery services
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any irregularities
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with the public
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 lbs) repeatedly
- Availability to work Monday-Saturday with flexible hours
- Basic computer skills for scanning and tracking deliveries
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to walk extended distances and climb stairs
