Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses along assigned routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to traffic laws
- Collect outgoing mail from mailboxes and collection points
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any irregularities
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Perform route adjustments during peak seasons or absences
- Operate scanning technology for delivery confirmation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and walk 5-8 miles daily
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Must be 18 years or older
