Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along designated routes
- Sort, organize, and prepare daily mail deliveries according to USPS standards
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain route efficiency
- Collect outgoing mail from designated collection boxes and customer locations
- Provide excellent customer service during mail delivery interactions
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all USPS safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 70 lbs) repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
