Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers along an established route in a safe and timely manner.
- Sort and bundle mail efficiently before beginning the route.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers while handling mail and packages.
- Collect and process incoming mail, including Certified, Registered, and special delivery items.
- Adhere to all postal safety regulations, OSHA standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and work area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Pass a mandatory drug test and background check.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
