Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery routes and USPS regulations
- Operate delivery vehicles and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Safely operate delivery equipment including parcel lockers and scanners
- Report mail irregularities and maintain security protocols
- Work in all weather conditions and meet daily delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
