Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes
- Sort mail in delivery sequence for efficient route completion
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels from designated locations
- Obtain signatures for registered/certified mail and parcels
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Report delivery irregularities and customer concerns to supervisors
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied weather
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Strong time management and customer service skills
