Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail for efficient daily delivery
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Perform duties in all weather conditions while meeting strict delivery timeframes
- Operate USPS technology systems for tracking and reporting purposes
- Assist with mail processing duties at the distribution center as needed
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for USPS systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
