Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along prescribed routes using motor vehicles and/or walking
- Sort mail efficiently for accurate and timely delivery
- Obtain signatures for registered/certified mail as required
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic laws
- Report mail irregularities and damaged equipment promptly
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
