Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along designated routes
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail for efficient daily delivery
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Perform basic maintenance on delivery equipment and vehicles
- Complete required documentation and reporting duties
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to navigate routes efficiently in all weather conditions
