Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail/packages according to established routes
- Deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses daily
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels from customers
- Operate delivery vehicles safely in all weather conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interactions
- Follow USPS security protocols for mail protection
- Assist with special deliveries and holiday mail surges
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds and walk 5-8 miles daily
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
