Responsibilities

- Develop training programs for healthcare staff on new systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation
- Federal security clearance eligibility (required)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with VA VISTA system is highly desirable
