Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a 200-bed VA medical facility
- Develop and implement patient care improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, JCAHO, and federal healthcare standards
- Oversee $50M+ annual budget allocation and resource optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of medical professionals and support staff
- Analyze healthcare data to drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate with federal, state, and community healthcare partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5+ years of healthcare management experience in federal systems
- VA facility operations experience preferred
- Active VA healthcare security clearance eligibility
- Expertise in CMS regulations and VA-specific protocols
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
