- Train staff on record-keeping procedures
- Generate statistical reports for leadership review
- Adhere to VA and federal privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- 3+ years medical records experience
- Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) or RHIT credential
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA and VA privacy regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
