Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- 3+ years of medical records experience in healthcare or federal setting
- Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) or RHIT credential preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., VistA, Epic)
- Expertise in HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA security clearance
