Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and medical records management
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Process healthcare claims and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilize electronic health record systems (Vista/EPIC)
- Assist with patient intake and triage procedures
- Support quality assurance initiatives and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2 years of healthcare administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- U.S. citizenship required
- Background investigation and security clearance
