Responsibilities

- Provide crisis intervention and mental health support resources
- Process disability claims with 100% accuracy per federal regulations
- Conduct outreach programs to connect veterans with VA services
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and federal privacy laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in veteran services or federal healthcare
- VA claims processing certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in VA VISTA and CPRS systems
- Strong knowledge of Title 38 U.S. Code regulations
- Ability to manage sensitive veteran documentation
- Valid California driver's license
