- Manage veteran case files and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct benefit briefings and informational workshops
- Support grant application processes for veteran-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in veteran services or government programs
- Proficiency in VA systems (e.g., VBA, VISTA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of federal regulations (VA, ADA, HIPAA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Certification in Veteran Services preferred
