Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed case records in VA's electronic systems

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in veterans services or federal benefits
- Proficiency with VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 background clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of 38 CFR regulations preferred
