Responsibilities
- Coordinate healthcare services for veteran patients across VA facilities in Jacksonville
- Manage veteran eligibility and benefits enrollment processes
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Analyze healthcare data to improve veteran service delivery outcomes
- Represent VA at community outreach events and veteran service organizations
- Maintain compliance with federal healthcare regulations and VA policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in veterans services or federal healthcare
- Active security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in VA healthcare systems (VistA, Cerner) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of federal regulations (VA, HIPAA, FMLA)
- Exceptional communication skills for veteran interactions
- US citizenship required
