Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive case reviews and develop personalized care plans for veterans
- Ensure strict adherence to federal healthcare regulations and VA protocols
- Collaborate with community partners to expand veteran support services
- Prepare detailed reports on veteran outcomes and program effectiveness
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency assistance for urgent veteran cases
- Maintain secure documentation of veteran interactions in compliance with HIPAA and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal healthcare or veteran services
- Proficiency with VA systems (e.g., VISTA, CPRS) and EHR platforms
- Strong knowledge of federal veteran benefits programs (e.g., VA Healthcare, GI Bill)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact sensitively with veterans and families
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated, fast-paced environment
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel within service area
- Preferred: VA certification or experience with veteran transition programs
