Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 3+ years experience in veteran services or federal healthcare
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of VA benefits systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- US citizenship required
