- Coordinate with VA medical providers to ensure seamless healthcare access
- Process complex disability claims with 98% accuracy per federal guidelines
- Conduct outreach programs to connect underserved veterans with resources
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and VA privacy regulations
- Analyze veteran data trends to improve service delivery efficiency
- Mentor junior staff on veteran-centered care protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 2+ years experience in veteran services or federal compliance
- VA certification (VHA 101) or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in VA-specific systems (Vista, VBA) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse veteran populations
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- US citizenship and ability to pass federal background investigation
