Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in veterans services or federal programs
- Proficiency with VA claims processing systems (e.g., VBA)
- Strong knowledge of federal veterans' benefits regulations (38 CFR)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
