- Manage electronic health records and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex veteran cases
- Conduct outreach initiatives to connect underserved veterans with VA services
- Analyze veteran demographic data to identify service gaps and recommend solutions
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance and veteran satisfaction metrics
- Train staff on VA policies and veteran-centered care protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare administration or social services
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems (e.g., VistA)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- Experience with veteran-specific programs (VA, DoD, or nonprofit)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
