Responsibilities
- Manage and process veterans' benefits claims with 99% accuracy and timeliness
- Provide personalized case management for veterans navigating complex healthcare systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Conduct outreach programs to connect underserved veterans with available resources
- Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze data trends to improve service delivery and veteran satisfaction
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of federal benefits administration or veteran services experience
- Proficiency with VA benefits systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- VA-accredited benefits representative certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations
- Ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
