- Provide information on VA resources and eligibility requirements
- Participate in veteran-focused community events
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- 1+ years customer service or veteran support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Knowledge of VA programs preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
