Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Collaborate with medical professionals for evidence evaluation
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of claims processing or federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs (VA, DoD, SSA)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
- U.S. citizenship required
