Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Informatics, or related field
- Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification required
- 3+ years of experience in health information systems management
- Expert knowledge of HIPAA, VA directives, and healthcare privacy laws
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., VistA, Epic) and data analytics tools
