- Collaborate with medical professionals to assess service-connected disabilities
- Maintain secure case files in VA's integrated electronic systems
- Provide compassionate guidance to veterans navigating benefit processes

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Associate's degree or 3+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
