Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Conduct thorough interviews to gather supporting documentation
- Utilize VA systems to track claim status and maintain records
- Collaborate with medical professionals to resolve complex cases
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts
- VA experience or federal background preferred
