Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in public administration/social services
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in benefits processing
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting medical/legal documentation
- VA Form 10-2850C (Application for Associated Health Care Positions) submission required
