Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years claims processing or customer service experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
- Excellent communication skills with diverse populations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Preferred: VA claims processing experience or military background
