Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' disability compensation claims with precision

- Interpret complex federal regulations (38 CFR) and policy guidelines
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop comprehensive claim files
- Provide direct customer service to veterans via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate case records in VA electronic systems
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 3 years experience in claims processing or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if field visits required)
- Completion of VA training programs within probationary period
