Responsibilities
- Process veterans' benefit claims with precision and compassion
- Provide expert guidance on VA healthcare, education, and compensation programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain accurate documentation in VA systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Conduct outreach to underserved veteran populations
- Adhere to strict federal privacy and security protocols
- Participate in continuous training on VA regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years customer service or case management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must pass federal background check
- Experience with veterans' affairs preferred
