Responsibilities
- Assist veterans in understanding and applying for VA benefits and services.
- Review and process claims for disability compensation, pension, and other benefits.
- Provide accurate information about VA programs and eligibility requirements.
- Communicate effectively with veterans, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of veteran interactions and claims.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service or case management is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
