Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare providers and legal teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain detailed case records in federal compliance systems
- Represent the VA at community outreach events and veteran-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in public administration, social work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in veterans services, healthcare, or government claims processing
- Strong knowledge of VA benefits programs and federal regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
