Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative workflows for federal compliance
- Manage veteran records using VA databases and secure systems
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and budget documentation
- Facilitate inter-agency communications and stakeholder meetings
- Implement federal procurement procedures and inventory controls
- Support veterans with benefits inquiries and case management
- Maintain meticulous documentation for audits and reviews
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Knowledge of VA regulations and federal procurement rules
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Exceptional written communication and record-keeping skills
- Experience with veteran service coordination preferred
