Responsibilities

- Collaborate with medical and legal teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in compliance with federal standards
- Participate in weekend shift rotations and after-hours support as needed
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBAS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy
- Experience in customer service or claims processing preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to obtain and maintain VA security clearance
