Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design the long-term technical architecture for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with emerging market trends and hardware advancements.
- Next-Gen System Design: Lead the architecture of self-evolving AI systems capable of autonomous learning and adaptation.
- Quantum-Ready Integration: Oversee the integration of classical AI models with quantum computing prototypes to prepare for the post-silicon era.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and optimized for high-frequency data streams.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI safety, transparency, and ethical compliance in autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to prototype and integrate technologies that are 2-3 years ahead of current market standards.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical vision.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
